identifiable information collected by us to any unrelated third parties. Personally
identifiable information includes your name, address, phone number,

the Locality.com Web properties (which do not include any subscriber sites or any

Locality.com collects in its community user sign-up process is limited to the following:

Locality.com reserves the right to collect other personally identifiable information from users from time to time. In addition to information requested by Locality.com, our subscribers may collect personally identifiable information from you on their own web pages (the subscriber sites). On some of the subscriber sites, you can order products, make requests and register to receive materials. The types of personally identifiable information that our subscribers may collect on the subscriber sites include, among other things:

On some of the subscriber sites, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift or a gift certificate online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit additional personally identifiable information, such as the recipients name, address and phone number.
Locality.com does not control use of personally identifiable information collected by subscribers on subscriber sites. You should review the privacy policy of each subscriber before providing any personally identifiable information to the subscriber.
The Way
Locality.com Uses Information
Information collected by Locality.com is used internally by authorized Locality.com employees
for two main purposes. First, we collect information to determine how we may
improve our site by seeing which areas and features are most popular. Second,
we collect information in order to personalize the site for users of our network.
If we want to collect information for other purposes, we will inform you when
we collect the information.
Locality.com uses return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Locality.com does not currently use your email address for any other purpose and does not share it with any third parties. Locality.com reserves the right to share your email address with third parties.
Locality.com will not use or share any personally identifying information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

process is accessible only by Locality.com and authorized Locality.com employees. Any
personally identifiable information that you provide on a subscriber site
is accessible by that subscriber, not by any other subscriber. Any information
you provide on a subscriber site, therefore, will only be accessible by the
particular subscriber, or business owner, to whom you chose to provide such
personally identifiable information. To the extent subscribers use the Locality.com
network to collect personally identifiable information, Locality.com may have the
technical ability to access that information. However, Locality.com does not intend
to collect for its own purposes or use any personally identifiable information
submitted to a subscriber site.
Cookies
Locality.com uses a feature of your web browser called a cookie to assign
a unique identification to your computer. Cookies are files that your web
browser places on your computers hard drive. We use these cookies to
track your clicks as you go through the Locality.com network, to tell us whether
you have visited Locality.com previously and to help us determine whether you came
to Locality.com from a particular Internet link or banner advertisement.
Cookies can also be used to help save and retrieve passwords used on the Locality.com network and to save information on past purchases and other preferences. That way, you do not have to reenter information upon every new visit to our site. online and maintain through the Edit Your Profile feature of the
Locality.com site. This procedure is used to better safeguard your information.

Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications
from us at the point where we request information about you. You have the
option not to receive future communications. You also can go into your Web
browser and turn off the cookies by placing a check in the appropriate box
marked cookies. Please note, however, that use of certain features of the
Locality.com site may be lost if you do not provide information requested in our
community user sign-up process or if you disable cookies.
