P. Barba, Jr.
Chairman and CEO
After
fourteen years in the Investment Banking and Securities
business, Dennis founded Locality.com, Inc. Dennis has
held numerous management positions during his career
including Vice President, Senior Vice President,
Limited Partner, and Managing Partner. Dennis has worked for Bear, Stearns & Company, Cowen and Company, J.C. Bradford & Company and Advest, Inc. Dennis is
an alumnus of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where
he studied Economics. He is also an alumnus of the
Columbia University Graduate School of Business
where he studied Senior Executive Management. Dennis
is currently completing a Doctoral program in Business
Administration at California Coast University. |

Dennis

After
a successful career at General Motors Corporation,
Dennis joined Locality.com as a Co-founder and Executive
Vice President. While at General Motors, Dennis
held the position of Regional Director of Surplus
Properties for the Eastern United States and Europe.
Dennis
has extensive business experience, having managed
over 4,000 employees and $1.5 billion operating
budget. By implementing a total quality management
system, Dennis was able to achieve annualized
operational efficiency gains of 18%. In addition,
defects were reduced by 70% and on-time delivery
was increased to 99.3%. Dennis
is an alumnus of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio
where he studied Economics. Additionally, Dennis
attended The John Marshall School of Law in Cleveland,
Ohio.

David
Anderson
Vice President, Business Development
David joins
Locality.com with a broad skill base in both technology and business operations management.
He led the Service Department for Lincoln Electric and was a Program Manager for their
SAP ERP implementation. With Deloitte & Touche he managed consulting projects for
start up technology businesses including Locality.com. David has an engineering degree from
Leigh University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Kaleem Syed
CTO
Kal has been
involved since the initial development of open-ended hyper-media (web technology).
He has lead several large firms with the development and implementation of automating
their processes with web-based solutions. Kal was former Project Lead at Yahoo, where
he oversaw the development and maintenance of Yahoo's internal reporting applications.
A Cleveland native, Kal has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems
from Cleveland State Uninversity.

Strathern
Managing Director
John joins Locality.com as co-founder and managing director
after more than six years in the Securities industry.
John was a partner in the Oxford Group, a local money
management firm. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree
from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio where he
studied Sociology and Polititcal Science. John also studied
International Business at the Institute of Higher Education
in 1988 in Dublin, Ireland. John's main responsibilities
include project management, financial reporting, investor relations. |
