Since 1992 Wally has been responsible for providing information technology, strategic and operating planning services for this world wide water treatment manufacturer. Under his direction J.D. Edwards ERP implementations for two business units were completed as well as a business process redesign engagement for an entire business unit. He also implemented a corporate wide internal system of operating planning and management reporting in conjunction with facilitating strategic planning meetings.

Starting as a programmer he has been an active player in the information industry from its first generation days. His work experience includes: high profile project management, facility management, recruiting, internal consulting, systems analysis, complex conversions, acquisition consolidations, software design and implementation and subsidiary controllership.

Wally was at Figgie International, which was a Fortune 500 conglomerate with 42 divisions and subsidiaries, for 23 years. As President of its Figgie Systems Management Group, Inc.(SMG) for 9 years, he had P/L responsibility for this information services subsidiary which provided distributed services to outside clients and divisional and corporate customers. He set the information systems direction for this $1 billion in sales corporation for 13 years.

His earlier experiences in I/T were with Sperry Gyroscope Company in Lake Success, New York and the Sperry Rand Space Support Division in Huntsville, Alabama where he progressed from technical to managerial responsibilities.

He earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from St. John's University on Long Island, Mew York. He also studied law and completed a number of MBA courses.
